FAQ

  • Festival Gates Open at 12pm.

    Please bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets to set up.

    For the safety of others and yourself, please NO dogs/pets allowed unless they are a service animal, you have their paperwork, and they are wearing their service animal harness.

  • Parking will be provided at no cost, but space is limited. Please carpool! Once you arrive at Ascutney Outdoors (449 Ski Tow Rd.), please follow the signage to the “Lower Gravel Lot” and flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.

    If you require ADA accommodations, please travel up the Ascutney Outdoor driveway to assigned parking.

    No tailgating, overnight camping or RV stays are permitted. Please take all trash and belongings with you to restore the area to its original state.

    • We’re excited to offer simple car, tent, and 4x4 camping options at Ascutney Outdoors this year! It will be available for 1 night on 10/12/2024. Check-in opens after 12pm.

    • Please note: these spots are reserved through Eventbrite.

    • After arriving at the venue, please come check in at Ascutney Outdoors to pick up your camping pass. We’ll have a sign and volunteers to direct you to the different predetermined camping zones.

    • Camping spots are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Water and portable toilets will be available at Ascutney Outdoors. If you pack it in, you need to pack it out.

    • IMPORTANT: ABSOLUTELY NO CAMPFIRES. We are very lucky to have Ascutney Outdoors as our host venue and breaking these camping rules would not be good.

    • There are no electrical hookups for RVs on site. We have a limited number of RV spots available (10), at an increased cost.

    • We do not offer showers.

    • All campers are expected to come prepared with everything they need (food, water).

    • All campers are expected to take away their own trash produced from the weekend.

  • Food Vouchers

    Each adult guest in attendance will receive a $15 food voucher to use at either the Butcher & Pantry (Pizza Truck or BBQ Tent) or The Spicy Spoke Food Truck. Please note that the voucher has a value of only $15 and may only be used toward food purchases. Some food items may be more than $15 in which case the guest is responsible for paying the difference.

    Vouchers are not redeemable at the Lazy Cow Ice Cream Truck.

    All food vouchers expire at the end of the festival and are non-refundable.

    No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the festival grounds, excluding children’s snacks and food.

  • Butcher & Pantry will be providing craft beer, wine, hard cider, and ready to drink cocktail bar. 

    This is the only alcohol permitted on the premise of the event (including the parking area / no tailgating).

    To protect our guests, we follow all VT Liquor laws and regulations very closely. Some important things to remember if you are planning to consume alcohol at Fire on the Mountain:

    – You must be 21 years old, with valid photo ID

    – No outside alcohol is allowed on the property

    – If you appear intoxicated we reserve the right to deny alcohol service or refuse entry to venue

    – Unruly or disrespectful behavior may be grounds for you to be cut off or ejected at our discretion

  • Fire on the Mountain Festival as well as Ascutney Outdoors is completely smoke-free and vape-free. If you are caught smoking or vaping inside the venue or on the grounds you will be asked to leave and your ticket will not be refunded.

Are tickets refundable? What if a show is canceled?

Tickets are not refundable, all sales are final. The event will not be rescheduled if canceled.

Terms of Sale

Tickets sold through this website grant to the Customer only a revocable license to the bearer that may be revoked at any time for any reason. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. The customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms imposed by the applicable Promoter. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present the original ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Promoter.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through this website will be made. Each Promoter may have additional policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but Eventbrite and See Tickets are entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges.

EVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days from the originally scheduled date. Eventbrite is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling, and service charges, regardless of whether a show is canceled.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced!
